If you've heard about Chakras, but you're not yet familiar with the subject and would like to learn about it, you might find this book quite helpful. The book does a really good job at providing a comprehensive introduction to Chakras, which are basically energy points located throughout the body. Moreover, it teaches you how to keep your Chakras in perfect alignment in order to improve your health and sense of wellbeing. Short, but interesting read.

A Very Nice Reference Guide

For beginners with learning about the chakras. It's a very small book that will serve as a go to guide in the begiining learning your chakras. And I am glad to have it in my Kindle. But the reason I took one star away is because I believe that the author should include some illustrations of the poses she's talking about. Illustrations go a long way toward conveying a message. And because this book lacks illustrations, I can't follow a sizeable amount of it as instructions. But other than that, I still recommend it to absolute beginners on the chakras because it still contains very good and brief information on the subject.

This Book is an Amazing, Informative and Enlightening book!

Chakra is a Sanskrit word that literally means a wheel or a disc. In practice, they are the points of the spiritual body that serve as the entry and exit points of our aura. These centers of activity are responsible in controlling our temperament, mood and overall body health. They do so by receiving, assimilating and expressing life's force energy. According to the chakra theory, therefore, controlling these chakras could directly influence your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
The book explains the basics of chakra theory. Easy to follow chakra descriptions, including suggestions on how to approach your time with them, and a very neat tie-up, that I found, connected the way the book is written and organized. Quick read too. This seems like an introduction to the topic. Which is good for some. I would suggest this book for anyone who wants to know. Hope it opens doors....
